This has to be fabricated! I agree, if the clown doesn't send up red flags then I seriously doubt there's a parent that desperate to find somewhere to drop off their kids. At least no kangaroo in their right mind would drop off their joey to such a place. I guess the clown is smiling though.
All I can think is: those lucky kids!! I never got to play with broken glass when I was little :'(
If it's any consolation, I was deprived as a child, as well.
